Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Committee
will hold a regular meeting on
Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
in the Skaket Meeting Room
The Committee will consider the following applications for
Certificate of Exemption:
- 5 Penny Lane Realty Trust, 5 Penny Lane, replace picket fence.
Certificate of Appropriateness:
- Weil, 5 Willie Atwood Drive, solar panels.
In other business, the Committee will hear public comment before a vote to collect a minimal application fee of $10 for Certificates of Exemption and $20 plus postage per abutter for Certificates of Appropriateness.
The Committee will also vote to approve minutes of its December 2, 2010 meeting.
